Shipping Policy

All of our snowboards and skis are built 100% in our in-house factory in Pennsylvania's Susquehanna River Valley. We're a rapid build manufacturing facility, where the majority of our equipment is built-to-order. All in-stock orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Built-to-order orders typically take 7-10 business days to build before shipping out through FedEx. Build times can vary during peak periods.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We offer $29 flat rate shipping throughout the United States, and typically use FedEx delivery. Time-in-transit is generally 2-4 business days, depending on where in the country you are located.

International Shipping

We offer flat rate international shipping to the following countries for $40 USD: [list of countries]. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Gilson Snow is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

In-store Pickup

If you live nearby and would rather stop by the shop to pick up your order in person (awesome, we'd love to meet you) - please use code LOCALSHIP at Checkout and we'll mark your order down as a Pick-up and will contact you when it is ready to come by.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@gilsonsnow.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
