Shipping policy

All Gilson snowboards and skis are handcrafted in our Pennsylvania factory. Most gear is built-to-order, with standard build times of 7–10 business days before shipping. In-stock items ship within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on the way. Build times may vary during peak season.

    We’ve tested every shipping option to make sure your board arrives safely and on time. Here’s our take:

    • USPS – Our most budget-friendly option, though delivery times can sometimes run a bit outside the estimated window.

    • FedEx – The fastest way to get your board on snow.

    • UPS – Our most reliable carrier for consistent, damage-free delivery.

    Choose the option that best fits your ride and your timeline — every shipment is handled with care from our shop to your door.


International Shipping

  • Your Choice: You’ve got options! Choose between two trusted carriers to ship your new ride your way.

  • Carrier: USPS, UPS

  • Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) upon arrival. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Local to us? Choose Store Pickup at checkout and grab your gear right from the factory!


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 days of shipment confirmation, contact us at info@gilsonsnow.com with your order number.
