Coverage

Snowboards & Skis: 5 years

Happy Hour Snowboards: 1 year

Apparel: 1 year
Covered:

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

Delamination or structural failures not caused by impact

Insert and core issues due to manufacturing defects
Not Covered:

Normal wear and tear (scratches, cosmetic blemishes)
-
Impact damage (rocks, rails, trees, etc.)

Cracks or delamination from impact or misuse
-
Improper binding mounting or adjustments
-
Damage from solvents, adhesives, or chemical treatments
How to Submit a Claim
Email warranty@gilsonsnow.com with:

Proof of purchase

Photos of the defect

Brief description of the issue
Resolution

Claims reviewed within 5 business days

Products are repaired first whenever possible

If repair isn’t feasible, we’ll provide a replacement (or a comparable model if the original isn’t available)
Shipping

Customers cover shipping to Gilson Snow

We cover return shipping for approved claims

Use a trackable method; we are not responsible for lost packages

Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable

Closeout, demo, and Final Sale items are excluded

If an item isn’t covered but repairable, we’ll offer repair services for a reasonable fee
