Shipping & Returns
  • Domestic Shipping: $29 flat rate shipping throughout most of the U.S., using FedEx. In-stock orders are processed within 2 business days, with delivery in 2-4 days.
  • Built-to-Order: Custom builds typically take 7-10 business days before shipping.
  • International Shipping: Flat rate of $79 to select countries. Duties, taxes, and VAT are the customer’s responsibility.

How It Works

Step 1 – Place Your Order

Select your snowboard, add to cart, and complete checkout to start the process.

Step 2 – Artist Intro + Model Selections

We’ll connect you with your GILSON artist by email. Begin by selecting your size, shape, and profile to match your riding style.

Step 3 – Share Your Ideas

Send your initial artwork ideas, no matter how big or small. Whether you have a clear vision or just a concept, your artist will turn it into a rad design and send you a first mockup for review.

Step 4 – Unlimited Edits

Collaborate back and forth until it’s perfect. Unlimited edits are included, with your artist guiding design choices to ensure it will look amazing on the finished board.

Step 5 – Approve for Production

When you’re happy, approve your final design. Production typically takes around 6 days before your custom board is ready to ship.

Step 6 – We Build and Ship

Track your build on your order status page and get your tracking number once your snowboard ships.

Freestyle

Blunted nose and tail for a shorter board with the same capabilities of your normal ride. Butterpad base and full wrap side wall for guaranteed longevity.

All Mountain

Traditional shape with a butterpad base. Ready to shred whatever you throw at it. Full wrap sidewalls to handle those occasional tree taps.

Full Camber Twin

A modern spin on the traditional camber snowboard. This Full Camber Twin is designed to hug the mountain, lay down big carves, and have maximum stability.

Powder

Spoon nose and swallow tail for the ultimate powder experience. You will have trouble riding on hard pack once you take a few freshy laps on this dream machine.
